Terms and Conditions
We will accept returns on all pre made products. They must be returned in the condition that they are received. That means you may not alter them any way. These products are from a smoke free home. If the products smell of smoke they will be consider damaged before return and a refund will not be issued. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
There are no refunds or returns on complete or in progress customized products. If you would like to cancel a customized order you must do so before I begin working on your project.
I require insurances, tracking number and signature conformation with return receipt on every package that I ship. The prices for all this is already figured into your shipping and handling cost. I Package each order in a way to insure it will get to you in perfect condition. I am not responsible for packages once they leave my hands.
Shipping is done on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, unless its a postal holiday then they are shipped out the next business day. If you do not received a email from me with your tracking number on one of the days listed above you can check out our blog to see if there is a shipping delay. You will also receive a email updating you if there is a delay with a date your product will be shipped.
If you are unsure of any detail about a product please mail me or call me for more information. I am always willing to answer your questions. Please do so before you place your order.
I check my email at least 3 times a day and try to return any emails with in 24 hours of date received.
